What is the CATE™ list?
Individuals and agencies on the CATE™ list are trained to assess, engage, validate, personalize and sensualize to provide care and create an environment that allows the individual to thrive despite their diagnosis.
A list of individuals and agencies who have trained or are accredited in Creating A Thriving Environment, a unique set of trainings modeled after the best in dementia and mental health care strategies.
CATE™ certified individuals have trained and have passed a certification review. Those accredited have had continued mentoring and oversight. Certification and accreditation are renewed annually.
Cate’s accreditation program offers four levels of certification giving you the best resources, and your loved ones or clients, the best in dementia care.

Using the research criteria for dementia special care, CATE™ Accreditation gives you the focus to create a thriving environment. Semi-annual updates are required to maintain certification.
